On the morning of March 31, with the purposes for celebrating the 10th anniversary, intensively embodying the good mental attitude of the employees of Wuxi Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Industry Development Group”), and inspiring all employees to move forward unceasingly, Industry Development Group organized a large-scale collective hiking event titled “Ten-Year Development of Industry Development Group Witnesses the State-owned Enterprise’s Arduous Journey” in Jinchengwan Park. Group leaders, 1,000 staff representatives from 25 wholly-owned subsidiaries, holding companies and shareholding enterprises have joined in the hiking.
In the opening ceremony, representatives of participating enterprises have staged with boards in succession, embodying the synergetic and integrated concept of “Big Industrial Family”; the unanimous shouting of the slogan - “New Industry • New Future • We Are on the Way” has stimulated the warm and fantastic atmosphere. In the speech addressed by Liu Tao, Deputy Secretary of the group party committee and Chairman of the labor union, the ten-year development history has been briefly reviewed, and the achievements yielded in this process have also been systematically summarized. Deputy Secretary Liu has delivered sincere appreciation to the diligent efforts paid by all employees. Taking the hiking event as an opportunity, he encouraged employees to devote into the new round of reform and development of the group with higher morale and healthier body to make contributions to the realization of high-quality development of the group. Jiang Guoxiong, Secretary of the group party committee and President of the board kicked off the event, and led group leaders to start off the hiking.
In March, nightingales are soaring, peach trees are in bloom and the willows are turning green above the lush grasses. Thousands of employees of Industry Development Group wore the red customized T-shirts with high spirits. Brimming with delightful smiles on their faces, participants strolled on the footpath. During the hiking, participants slowed down to interact and communicate with each other, pouring out their hearts and filling the journey with laughter and cheerful voice. The hiking team wearing red T-shirts seemed like a beautiful red silk, which winded in the boundless spring scenery. A photo frame with strong characteristics of Industry Development Group was elaborately arranged at the terminal of the hiking. Participants cheerfully used the frame to pose for photographs. By recording those beautiful moments, employees were reluctant to leave this experience behind.
As one of the activity for celebrating the 10th anniversary, the large-scale collective hiking event is the most influential activity that realizes the largest scale of coverage and the maximum participants since the group foundation. Meanwhile, the event has further enhanced the group coagulative power and centripetal force, intensified the sense of honor and proud of employees, as well as actively advocated the establishment of low-carbon, environmental and healthy life concept.
